no login for courses on portal web server

  • no login for courses on portal web server

    Dear Robert
    I was going to continue courses on portal server but
    now it is not possible to log in.
    After putting username and password the system replies a seccessful login but
    the webpage stucks as in following fig:

    I have tried with Opera and Firefox browsers after clening all browsers data/cookies
    but without solving the problem.

    Are there problems on webserver or
    I made a mistake? Please can you help me ?

    Rocco, please send me email to [email protected]

    Also in the email please attach following screenshots.

    In Firefox:
    1) Press F12 and go to Console - send me that screenshot
    2) Go to Network, press CTRL+F5, click on the red line which will not load properly and send me screenshot with Headers visible (please be sure the "Response Headers" section is fully visible - that is the part what shows the error description).
    3) Go to Response, take screenshot and send it to me.

    Here is an example what I would need. Thank you:

        Please, check your computer time and date. Be sure it is synchronized over Internet. That should help.

        PS: Local PC time is used during authorization and if the time is not accurate, authorization will fail. We are implementing solution which would support connection also if your local computer time is not synchronized.

          that is the problem, windows system time was some minutes different from correct time
          insted linux system time was correct

          I'm sorry, it was my mistake I apologize for this
