[Solved] Power width rules issue

HI all
I was set the Power width rules for 0.4mm, first I was try to write to the custom query: InNet ('+') OR InNet('GND') but it doesnt work, so I decided to add every net start with '+' (as you can see on the attached image), which still not change the power track width.
I also changed the priority for the rules but still nothing changed.
What I have done wrong?
