Do you mean sending screenshots only for PCB and schematic?
What should I do for directory structure and pdf and other documents?

Yes, please take screenshots from the areas which you were improving during the activities.

PS: For example, for Directory structure, you can take screenshot of project files inside of the directory structure. Or if you need to take a screenshot of a document, just open the document and make screenshot from it .. then upload these screenshots. Thank you.
