Video player goes black

Every once in a while the player goes black and I see no video on the screen. I hear Robert's voice, but the player screen is black. I resolve it with refreshing the page but then I have to manualy search where I stopped.
Did someone have a similar issue? Any smarter way to resolve it?

Wesperos, maybe try to close and open your internet browser, this sometimes help. Also, possibly try to use Chrome - this is what we normally use for the courses, maybe it will help. Please, let me know then.
