Can't move PCB reference designator

I think I did something wrong I cause this issue. I can select and move components individually but I can not select individual reference designators. I'm stuck in "Switching Power Supply Design Course – Part 6_1". How can I fix this? I'm using Altium 18...

Maybe something with the new Altium filter? Be sure all objects are enabled for manipulation:

Yes, that was my problem. Only Components were selected.
