So I found it.
There is an advanced mode in the rules dialog and you can set up the clearance about the fills without any problem.
So I set it up according to the picture below and NO MORE VIOLATION !

robertferanec Robert, I tried something I thought it would run but it doesn't: I have the square pad (21) in the middle and for the sides I used fills.
Same result: violation between Fill and Pad.
I do not see the solution.

mulfycrowh is not a custom shaped pad something what you are looking for? https://www.altium.com/documentation...ad+Shapes))_ADLeave a comment:

In some cases I have created exceptions in the rules for some footprints.. If I can't get them right within the scope of the rule.. It is a trade off, but keeps you sane...Leave a comment:

Either copper to copper or copper to smd pad..
To verify this is your rule change all values to 5 and see if it still triggersLeave a comment:

Here is the dialog I get when clicking on the blue word clearance.
Sorry but I don't see the rule that triggers the violation.
The object in conflict with the pad is not a pad. This is a region.
Where is the rule ? It is set to 10mil.
Thank you.1 PhotoLeave a comment:

If you click on the blue word clearance, it should take you to the rule that is triggering! So click it and change the value and see what happens..Leave a comment:

Could you please tell me where I can find the settings for the clearance between a region and a pad ?Leave a comment:

Thanks for reply.
Here are the details of the violation.
It is between the solid region I added on top and bottom of the EP (Pad 21) and a pad.
The question was: where can I find in the rules the clearance between a solid region and a pad ?1 PhotoLeave a comment:

if your right click and look at the violations, you should be able to see which rule is triggering this error.. also could it be that you might have a netname issue doing it like this? (i mean with the pads and the EP connected to each other)

As already explained, the violation is between the solid region and the pads.1 PhotoLeave a comment:

Be more specific please. On your later screenshot I can't see any violations. Are you getting clearance, short circuit or what? Between what and what?👍 1Leave a comment:

I removed all the regions and I do not have any more violation.
The trouble is that, according to the datasheet, the exposed pad should be like the attached footprint.
If I add this two areas on left and sight sides (as regions), I have violations.
How could I manage this ?
Thanks.1 PhotoLeave a comment:
