Hi fedevel family
Can u apply two different width rule inside one room
I am designing one bga ic with one room where i want to route all signal with .1mm width except gnd ,vcc with .4mm width

yes, you can. have a look at rule priorities ... basically you specify the generic rule and on top of it you specify rule for specific nets. that is standard way how also the generic width rule works. Priority is specified by rule order in the rule list.
