Mechanical cad Collaboration

Hi,

I have an issue in mechanical cad collaboration altium 19.

i have generate Ecad.idx file to given the Mcad.

Mcad have opened the Ecad.idx file and change component location,then give it to Ecad. After changes in Mcad, i have oped in altium Tools--->Mechanical Cad Collaboration-Import changes.

automatically request has sent to Mcad (Solid works). both file not synchronized

i have got this error.

Please, anyone can help with this? I do not use cad collaboration feature.
