Possible to create a unified rule set in the schematic

Hello,

I have a lot of PCBs that connect to each other. These PCBs have different copper thickness and layer stacks. So, the same net might have different trace widths or copper fills on different layers of the board. Is it possible to set have a file with to specify different rules based on the thickness of the copper on the schematic (or PCB) ?
