How to customise Pick and place file?

Hi,
Is there a template or config I can edit to prevent Altium Designer adding the text title and descriptions above the Column headers rather than editing the file manually after created.

Also, can I add "LibRef" column to the output? This contains my internal part numbers used by the Pick and Place machine.

i believe you can change the content in the outputjob file.. you have to go into the pick and place file and there you have the options to add or remove coloms, maybe you can change the headers there to.. but why do you need this?

Yes, I am sure it is possible to generate custom Pick & Place through output job files.
