I have not tried that, but I would expect, that you may need to create Gerber files from Altium and then there should be a way to transform gerbers into CNC (that process may be specific for your CNC machine software).

I guess the procedure I use is not the right one.

Hello, problem solved.
with the flat-cam software, I was able to convert the altium gerber and excellon file to g-code without any errors.
