Hatch Color on Pads and Tracks

I have a situation where a component pad and all nets connected to it have a hatched color instead of a solid color. I searched but did not find anything.

You can change that in System preferences -> PCB Editor -> Board Insight Color Overrides:

In lesson 5 'Improving Layout' time-marker 1:33 you create small polygons to improve ground connections to the component pad. My question is: Why put separate small polygons and not a more comprehensive copper pour to cover them all.

In some cases, extra copper may increase noise around your board. That is reason why sometimes I limit size of polygons.

PS: I am not sure what part of video you exactly mean. Improving layout is Lesson 6 and by 1:33 you probably mean 1h:33min?
