How do you change the Origin to a drilled hole, I never normally use a board edge

it is in drill config (in your job file, right click in Fabrication outputs -> NC Drill Files -> Configure ):

Hi Robert, this is not quite what I meant, in your video, where you set origin to bottom left corner of board (Edit>Origin>Set) can you select a pin or pad at this point

yes, you can set origin anywhere.
