With keepouts, can you define them as to what you can allow in the area, for instance to allow components but not tracks or copper etc. also can you fix keepouts so they cannot be accidentally moved.

You can enable the "Lock" to fix any component or object in the design.
Almost all the objects support Locking the location.

Locking the location helps in stopping below:

• Accidentally moving the component.
• Accidentally selecting the objects if they are placed on top of each other like Trace or Vias or silkscreen contents.
• Accidentally Deleting the object.. (even though there is "Undo". but this comes in handy at times. 🙂)
