Via styles/sizes

Can anyone help please, where do you setup via sizes so when interactively routing you can choose from a list of preferred vias

When routing, press SHIFT+V to select from the available VIAs:

Morning, I have got that, but need to add more via styles, I cant see in this window to add via, also can you give them names like micro or standard or power ?

Myself, I simply create all the VIA types I want to use directly in the PCB board I am designing (somewhere outside of the board) and later I just delete them.
I do not really use lists of VIAs, but maybe have a look the VIA templates, maybe that could be what you are looking for:
