Polygon subtraction error.

Hello,
I need to subtract a small polygon from my base polygon. However, after subtraction, my rules are ignored by the Alitum. what is my mistake?

I am not 100% sure what you are trying to do ... but maybe did you try to use cutout? Place -> Polygon Pour Cutout

Placing ploygon cutout, as robertferanec mentioned is the best way to subtract a polygon.
And this has nothing to do with the altium rules..

if you altium rules are affected that means they are not set right in the first place.
I would suggest to check that also.
