Hello,
Altium in not compatible to PCB board simulation yet.
They are slowly entering into it.. May be by end of 2020 we can hear some new on it from their side.
At present with AD20, the max they have is "Field solver" for layer stack and trace impedance calculations.
if you need to do a spice simulation you can do that in Altium.
