Hello, i have a board with 6 layers , i want to ask about polygons in wich layer i should make it ?? i make it in each layer or in the GND plane onely ? or what should i do exactelly?!

karimoviç if you are not sure I would recommend you to follow reference design. Often, for 6 layers I use: Signal / GND / Power or Mixed with signals / Power or Mixed with signals / GND / Signal
