  • Altium reference design with DDR4 SO-DIMM module

    Hello Everyone.

Can somebody share Altium designs with SO-DIMM DDR4 modules on it. What challenges do you meet to have it done?
I am collecting information as the next design will contain Arria10 device with DDR4 EMIF SODIMM module on it.

Appreciated for any input you provide.
    Ivan

      Hey,
You can have a look at the intel's website(under the support section) for the reference design. There are a lot of open-source and good documentation.
      Here's one from Xilinx
      https://www.xilinx.com/content/xilin....html#hardware

      Thank you.

... I meant not the sodimm module board itself but the a PCB which has ddr4 sodimm connector to plug the sodimm module :-)
