H5007NL is only a transformer.
To support Ethernet you also may need a PHY chip. If your chip doesnt support ethernet .... hmmm ... that may be quite complicated. Look for a solution with ethernet and use the same / similar hardware & software. Adding ethernet directly to a microcontroller ... is not an easy task ... and do not forget about writing software for it. -
