Stitching Vias

Hi There, please can someone tell me how to do parameter stitching vias to various nets, so you get a single line of vias and a pre determined pitch right round the edge of the board, this screen shot was taken in my old CAD package

I have not tried automatic stitching via placement... yet (usually we place stitching vias manually).
