To calculate analog parameters in altium

I have designed a demo pcb and want to calculate certain analog parameters for the same like -- eye diagram, IR drop, clock analysis, decoupling estimation and optimization, impedence etc. Is there a way to do so in Altium or do i have to use some other software?

You may need a different software. You can do some simulation in Altium, but Altium used to not include PCB in the results .... maybe it does now, but double check it. Altium is not really a simulation tool.
