Regarding Thermal Relief in Altium Designer

Hello,

Please refer to the attached snapshot.

I am not able to remove the thermal relief around the Via even though the Thermal Relief Check Box is not selected.

Please suggest how to remove thermal relief,

What is the setting for the plane connect rule?

That thermal relief option is very new. I have never seen (and therefor used) it in the past. I only have seen it with AD20.

Just would like to add, you can also play with "Advanced":

Ahh yes. AD20 may be slower then AD12, but the new features are nice.
