How to add sideplating (side plating)?

I was wondering how can I add side plating to a PCB in Altium designer? like the one that is shown in the image.

I would probably add a note about it into manufacturing notes. But, I have never done that, so I do not have the exact text.

I was so curious, but there is nothing about in Altium document.
I think you are right, I have to leave a note to do it.
