component clearence constraint

If the large hole is a component and the ring around the large hole is part of the component, then Altium thinks that ring, being part of the component, cannot be that close (overlapping) with the header (pin 10 AD5/SCL, etc.). What's the purpose of the ring around the large hole?

Check the component foot print, It seems there is square shaped primitive which is resulting in the error.

I guess that the component area (the highlighted area) is drawn just as a rectangle and can't be a circle and this is causing problem. Maybe try rotating this component by 45°? Then this area should also be rotated.

Hi all
Why is there an error regarding a collision if the silkscreen is not touched but only the perimeters of the components are touching?
Is it normal?
In the attached images you can better understand what I'm trying to say.
