In AD18 and higher use Properties panel instead of PCB Inspector (you do not have to use PCBLIB List). Simply select all the pads and in Properties panel change the properties.Leave a comment:

I need help following this step using AD19. The AD19 replaced the PCB Inspector with PCBLIB List. How to adjust or edit the solder mask expansion?
