Component pushing in AD21

Hello,

I am using the latest Altium Designer which is AD21.
During component placement, when I move a component by left click and drag, if any other component comes in the way, that component stops the movement of the component that I am trying to move.
This was not like this in AD19 and previous versions.

Any way of disabling this feature ?
