Resistance and capacitors values

Hello ther ,
i'm currently working on a board to drive brushless motors, in this board i will use the MCP8026 of microchip company,to drive MOSTFET with PWM signals. My problem is when i look at the typical application circuit on the datasheet (the attached screen shot) of the MCP8026 capacitors and resistors used in the circuit was without value , so what shoul i do exactelly to fix the correct values???

These values depend on you application, connected FETs, EMC, etc. Is have seen a lot of formula's, but have not checked if all are explained.
You did not provide a screenshot of the exact components in question, so I am not able to tell more.

It looks like they have some Evaluation boards
