Polygon pour not connecting with pads with same net names

Hi everyone,

I use Altium 19.
Altium sometimes doesn't connect polygon pour and pads with same net names.
Attached below a screenshot showing the issue.

For this instance, it looks like the polygon's minimum neck setting is preventing the polygon from reaching that pad. Select the polygon and look to the properties panel. Also confirm "pour all over same net objects" is checked

Thks. Do you mean "Remove Necks When Copper Width Less Than"?

And check the clearance rule. mulfycrowh the answer to your last question is YES.
I often draw a trace in these situation as I do not want to rely on the polygon for the connection as it simply can be lost when something is moved, like the via above it.
