Components in Altium Library

Hi,

As in Proteus if we want to add any component like voltage regulator like 7805, we can find and add it in easy manner but in Altium Designer I always create it's symbol and add into library.

I wanted to know is there a way where I do not create symbol and design for components and can add easily like Proteus.

You mean that you are using the library from Proteus?

In Altium there is the Vault and "manufacturer part search" panel.
Neither of which I use directly of create the symbol. I only use the part search to add parameters to my symbol library (reduces typing).
