Blanket not visible in schematic after change of altium version

I think I have seen a discussion about this to be fixed in a future AD version. It's a bug (or a feature ?).

Altium still has 10 variations of version 16 available to download from their website. You can install and use the original version that was used to create the design if migration of the design to newer versions of the tool fails

I think Altium did a major SW overhaul represented in version 18. Version 17 and earlier are 32 bit software and version 18 and later are 64 bit software.

Unfortunate, but you may face migration issues since the design was established pre version 18 and you're trying to edit it with post version 18.

Please refer to the attached snapshot.

The schematic was originally created in Altium 16. Now when I open in Altium 21, the blanket box is replaced with a red colored line
I am not sure why this is happening and what i can do to correct this.

If anyone knows the solution, pls help
