Output Gerber verification

How to verify if the Output Gerber files generated are good to submit to the PCB manufacturer. We can view with Viewmate as you have suggested, but how to verify that no mistake or violation is left?

Ideally, you need to check everything before generating gerber files.

Options how to check gerber files are limited. In gerber files you can usually check manufacturability, but gerber files are not good for electrical checking (there is no information about your circuit).
