  • PCB Title Block

I would like to add (or activate) the title block and sheet border in PCB, but can not find it! Is it an object or a specific layer? Which layer I should activate? Any help?

It depends on how you're going to do your documentation. If you use Draftsman, then start with a Draftsman template. It has built in drawing frame and title block. If you do your fab and assembly drawing the old way, you typically need to assign a mechanical layer to be for drawing frame and title block, then another layer for mirrored drawing frame and title block. Then use and outjob to arrange various layers in the design to appear as a single drawing. It's a bit tricky to set it all up, but it's very nice to capture changes as the design varies during development and production.

Maybe robertferanec has a video that explains how to arrange mechanical layers and get the outjob documentation machine set up?

As WhoKnewKnows explained, you would need to use for example Draftsman. There is no predefined title block directly in Altium PCB. If you would need it directly in PCB, you can simply draw it manually.
