How to create revisions in Altium Designer

I'm Amit Das, I am an ECAD engineer. Could you please suggest to me some material for creating revisions in Altium designer or Altium Nexus.

Dear Amit,

maybe it would be useful for you to have a look onto the internal version control system (Subversion).
So you can diff all the made changes on your schematic and pcb.

When you say revision, what do you mean? Like a revision during design process or a revision which is sent to production?

More questions: what version management do you use? A365, SVN, other, none?
