Once I had similar problem with specific Altium version. Are you running the latest version and latest updates?

yes,21.6.4 even on 21.2.2. As you know, I can not use GitHub. I do not use it. Is there a way to disable this feature?

When are you getting this error if you are not using git? For local projects, it should not be needed.
