How to create BOMs witout Altium Workspace

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to create the BOM of my project, nontheless, many datums are missing like Manufacturar Part Number, Package/Case, Supplier Order Qty...
Is this a problem in my configuration or it can not be created a full BOM without Altium Workspace 365?

I believe, you should be able to import component parameters also without 365. Are you using the Import feature? This can help to understand what I mean: https://youtu.be/KpgTud1iQ-4?t=718
