About specific vias on pad

Hi everyone,
I have a datasheet about a converter with pad.
They say:
Vias are optional depending on application, refer to device data sheet. If any vias are implemented, refer to their locations shown on this view. It is recommended that vias under paste be filled, plugged or tented.
How can I manage these vias in Altium ?

Well, the latest Altium (AD22) should have features for this.
When used, Altium creates additional mechanical layers for the VIA details.
I think you would still need to make things clear in the production data.
