AD 22.11.1 Build 43

I updated my AD to 22.11.1 Build 43; it was working fine until I tried to open a schematic library, It completely crash when opening a schematic library, and I checked it even with a fresh installation not updating the previous version, which not helped it crashed again. Did you see a similar effect, any comments on how to fix it?
Currently rolled back to 22.8 which is fine, but curious to know what is wrong.

So no, I cannot say anything about 22.11. I do know that 22.10 does not give problems (my current version).
