ICT test point in Altium

Can we automatically add SMD ICT test pad in Altium same as allegro??

I don't know. I have never used these features - even in Altium.

would not trust auto anything with testpoints.. you will loose all control and imho you do not need all signals to have a test pads.. also think about adding additional GND testpads near points were you really want to measue something like voltages etc.
