In one of my application i want a sinusoidal shape route how can i generate it in altium ?. I don't want to import the wave as DXF because i don't have Mechanical tools.

I don't think you can draw a sine wave in Altium by any means. You can achieve a similar shape though, using Arcs (Place -> Arc). It depends how accurate do you need your sine wave to be and what is the purpose. You can also play around with round corner routing mode (start routing and hit Shift+Space a few times, to go through the different routing corner modes).

I found out that we can use (PCB list) and export sine excel values and create sine wave.
Another way is we can use bezier curvers in Schematics and we can copy it in PCb.
