How to detect the hanging traces or non-functional pads in Altium?

Hi All Altium Users_ Kindly please response to me how to detect the hanging traces or non-functional pads on the PCB in Altium? How to come up a Design Rule to detect these type of errors?
I don't mean an antenna DRC's error. Thanks a lot.
