Error Altium Designer 17 Extensions & Updates

Hello all.
After installing Altium Designer 17 twice and clean the registry.
When I update Extension & Updates and Ejection Altium the following errors ...





When rebooting the program.
Later appears "Please" wait a moment ....

And the program will not start.

I go to the folder path and they exist.
What can happen..¿?
