Reset Designator

Hi Guys,

I want to select a group of components and reset their designator and then annotate, can you help how to doit? The reset duplicate is not helpful in this case.

Lock All Designators, unlock the designators you would like to reset and then Reset All .. maybe that could help?

In addition to Robert Solution ( that is exactly true) you can select component in Schematic and set Annotation Scope to "Only Selected Parts" as shown in attached picture
