Configurable jumper

I created a configurable jumper component in Altium. It has 3 pins and pins and two of those pins are connected because juper has "pre-configuration" feature.
The jumper, schematics simbol, and footprint are shown in the picture.
Problem is that I get an error in PCB file because two pads are connected in the PCB but not in the schematics.
Does someone have an idea how to elegantly sort this problem?

Maybe what you are looking is to set it as Net Tie (not Jumper). Still, I am not 100% if that will solve the problem (because your component is actually combination of standard component and short circuit).
