cometa, as alferdvidal sugegsted, you can create schematic symbol with three pins, place it into schematic where it should be connected and create footprint for that symbol. Some time ago I created a video how to create symbols and footprints, this may help you: https://youtu.be/65hJw_dM5Jk
The second footprint - you could create it for example as a 2 pin component. So create a 2 pin symbol and assign special 2 pin footprint to it. The question is how to create the zig zag there - maybe create custom pads: https://www.altium.com/documentation...ad+Shapes))_ADLeave a comment:

Hi cometa
You can create a fill of 3 × 4 on the board and put three pads on it and give it the desired net.
This page details the PCB Fill object - a rectangular object that can be placed on any layer. Covers availability and placement, as well as graphical and non-graphical editing
In Figure 2 you have an electric discharger that I do not know
I hope that I will help you
good luck

Hi cometa
If you want to create a pad in image 1, you need to have a padding dashboard and create it in the Altium library.
If you explain more, I might be able to help
