Compilation of PCB Design

Hi,
I have finished the schematic drawing and initial annotation of Arduino UNO pcb design. While, I compile the design, I see the message "Compile successful, no error found". Also, I see several warnings of "Off grid". Is this warning important to fix? Or, I can ignore the warning?
