I want to know is anybody using SpeedStack SI Software from Polar instrument. If yes, would be downloadable source available?

Hello Mohsin,

The Polar speed stack (and all of its several other tools) are propriety tools.
You may need to buy one based on your application.

As mohsin_qau suggested, you would need to buy it.

Once, on PCB West 2017, I talked to Polar Instruments (the company who developed the Polar software). I asked them, why they do not make a version of their software for hardware design engineers - I was told, they do not want to. I believe, if they did, many people and companies would buy it (some time ago, I was considering to buy it). I like their software for stackup design.

Yes its give precise values especially for Impedance in the layer stack up.
