RIGID FLEX PCB LAYERS STACK UP

Some time ago I designed Flex, but I do not remember what manufacturer we used. But I do remember, it was not difficult to agree on stackup.

I am designing a connector assembly in Altium Designer 18. I have plan to use 4 layers PCBs, with Top and Bottom Routing layers and 2 planes. Does some body have Layer stack up for 04 layers with Rigid Flex? If, please share with me for my understanding.
