Altium Schematic Editor -- Dotted Lines for Groupings

Hi,

What is tool in Altium do you use to create these dotted lines in the schematic editor to create schematic sections of related systems? I attached a sample picture here from Eagle, but same idea in Altium.

Is it dashed lines? If so, is there a way to align the lines to the schematic grid so you can make easy and quick boxes?

I use lines for this.
