Altium showing short circuit - Not sure why?

Hello,

I am facing a wierd scenario where during the routing the Altium software is showing a short circuit indication. Attached image for reference.
As it can be seen from the image that there is enough space for the track still i donot understand why this is showing the short circuit indication.

Some ideas:
- Something similar sometimes happen if the track what you are drawing doesn't have any net assigned to it (e.g. if you start drawing track from an empty space).
- Also, I can not see in what mode you are (Ignore Obstacles?)
- Maybe also try to show all the layers (but you probably tried that)

someytimes i have this issue also, but that is usually were a surrounding track is split, there might just be a very tiny change of location of the track above, that is when the rule will trigger...
